Mary Rose (sank 1545 - raised 1982)
Unfortunately visitors will not be able to see the ship while the new museum is being built. The existing Mary Rose Museum, located elsewhere on site, contains over 1000 original Tudor artifacts and will remain open throughout the construction phase where the hull will be interpreted imaginatively within, including a new introductory film, enhanced displays and an insight by experienced guides. Royal Navy Submarine Museum Gosport
